We are accepting Online and paper applications to the waiting list for our now available Income-restricted apartments (Summer Move In)

  • The minimum income standard (non-subsidized homes) is based on gross monthly household income which is at least 2.5x the monthly rent. Minimum income limits do not apply if household receives mobile housing assistance (VASH, Section 8, MRVP, etc).

Glossary

AMI - Area Median Income - is the midpoint income for a particular region, considering all incomes of households in that region. It is often used as a benchmark to determine eligibility for affordable housing programs.
LIHTC - Low Income Housing Tax Credit - a program in the United States that encourages the development of affordable rental housing for individuals and families with earning 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) or less.
